Heighsmith and Mary Goodson, childred of said Melinda Melvina Goodson, deceased, the following described tract or parcel of lad, viz: the south east quarter of north west quarter and the north east quarter of south west quarter of secton 22, township 9, range 15, containing 80 acres more or less, situated, lying and being in the county of Butler and State of Alabama, to have and to hold the same unto the said Sarah Jane Pryor, Emma J. Heighsmith and Mary Goodson jointly, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever in fee simple, and we hereby covenant with the said Sarah Jane Pryor, Emma J. Heighsmith and Mary Goodson, their heirs and assigns that we are seized in fee of the aforegranted premises, and have the right to sell and convey the same and we do herby warrant the title to the aforegranted premises and agree forever to defend the same from the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever |
